Office Working Hours (કચેરી નો સમય)
Cash counter time will be from 10.30 am to 03.30 pm.(નાણા ભરવાનો સમય સવારે ૧૦.૩૦ થી બપોરે ૦૩.૩૦ સુધી રહેશે.)
Lunch time will be from 02.00 noon to 02.30 noon.(લંચ બપોરે ૦૨.૦૦ થી ૨.૩૦ સુધી નો રહેશે.)
The office will be remaining closed on the second, fourth Saturday and on public holidays.(બીજો, ચોથો શનિવાર, તમામ રવિવાર તથા જાહેરરજા ના દિવસે કચેરી બંધ રહેશે.)
૦૨-૦૫-૨૦૧૫ થી ૩૧-૧૨-૨૦૨૦ ની જન્મ-મરણ પ્રમાણપત્ર ની નકલો નજીક ની વોર્ડ કચેરીએ થી મળી રહેશે.

Facility of Birth, Death and Marriage Registration to all Baroda Citizens is available at 2nd Floor, Old Sardar Market Building, Opp.Kevadabaugh, Navapura, Vadodara.
From January – 2008, for the Facility of Baroda Citizens, Birth, Death Registration Started as Online and at their Concern Wards office to avoid inconvenience of citizens.
Dr. Devesh Patel is Designated as Registrar of above registration Department.
Mr Hasmukh Patel is working as Incharge Birth-Death Officer (Janam-Maran Amaldar). He is doing work of, To collect and compile the data of Birth-Death from all wards.Registration of Birth, Death & Marriage. Issuing Certificate after documentary verification.
Taking care of Crematorium of Baroda city.
