Land & Estate Department (T.P.)

The T.P Section of Land & Estate department mainly deals with the implementation of Town Planning schemes Sanctioned by State. Govt. .
Allotment of final plots to the Land owner after giving notices under T.P Act No 67,68,69.
The Road & VMSS reservations plots are opened for development works of roads, to lay Drainage, water supply lines, Housing projects & Building works. After Demarcations, Encroachments from such plots & roads are removed after giving notices as per Act.
The recovery of incremental contribution as per the award declared under T.P Scheme.
